News
• CyberTools Libraries Now Number >250! While our larger academic libraries prefer to run CyberTools via their own servers, the Hosting/SaaS delivery model on our high-speed servers is especially popular for smaller-to-midsized libraries and consortia. CyberTools continues to sign new libraries every week. New users tell us there simply is no finer product with more comprehensive features - at any price! Easy startup, feature-rich product, and superior, responsive support are key reasons why our newest libraries tell us they joined the CyberTools community.

• 2006 Health Award to Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Naomi Broering, MLS, MA, FACMI, Dean of Libraries, developed the library program recognized as a state winner by The National Commission of Libraries and Information Sciences. Pacific College was also selected among the top 10 U.S. libraries. Ms. Broering is a past national MLA president and CyberTools user. Read the press release (pdf).

• Users Rate CyberTools at The Very Top! The July/August 2004 Annual Buyers Guide (Vol. 24, Issue 7) of Computers in Libraries identifies CyberTools for Libraries as one of the very highest-scoring providers among 26 Integrated Library Systems surveyed in two key areas: Overall Satisfaction and Customer Support. CyberTools was one of only 4 vendors scoring an average rating of 9.0 or above on a scale of 1 to 10 in Customer Support, and one of only 5 vendors with an average rating of 8.0 or above in Overall Satisfaction.
