This table manages the contact information for all of your serials sources,
e.g., subscription agents or major publishers with whom you place subscriptions.

New CyberTools systems come with these default vendors:
Free, Donation, and Direct from Publisher. You may add your own,
such as EBSCO, Basch Subscriptions, SwetsBlackwell, etc.
