Update the Catalog with Batch

  1. Never leave Batch Control before choosing the function [Update Catalog with Batch]. This allows your work to be displayed in the catalog.
  2. As soon as you choose [Update Catalog with Batch], filing begins. The number of bibs processed will appear in the message box on the MARC Bib Filer Status window.
  3. Once completed, the Filer Report for MARC Bibs appears. If you wish to see the titles of the bibs just processed, choose [Workstation]. Or, just choose [Quit] to return to Batch Control
  4. If a pop-up message appears to generate holdings using a profile,
    then choose the push button [Use MARC Import Profile # CyberTools Standard 852 Profile].
