2.69 Overview to Add, Edit, or Remove Patron Classes

A patron is a assigned to a Patron Class, enabling the software to keep activity statistics. A Patron Class might be Employee, Visitor, Student, or Student Class of 2004. 



This function allows the entry of a new Patron Class, the editing 
of an existing Patron Class, or the removal of inactive Class.
