Format: Any valid date occurring after the associated special date.

Example: given that the associated special date is January 1, and it falls on a Friday, and the library is closed. If the library is open Saturday and Sunday, then an Alternate Due Date of January 4 would make items otherwise due on 1/1 due on the 1/4, even though the library is open on the second. If no Alternate Due Date is provided, then the item would be due on January 2.
