Reinitialize All Journal Copies

Function Reinitialize All Serial Copies will copy the Late Warning values from the Frequency Table to each Serial Copy, unless the Copy has indicated that its Late Warning value is Permanent. You only need to do this if you've changed a Late Warning value and you want all Serial Copies to utilize the new value.
