9.16.3 Field 3 MARC#: 10 characters, display only

9.16.4 Field 4 Copy #: 10 characters, display only

9.16.5 Field 5 Serial Title: 72 characters, display only

Purpose: To display the Serial's title.

9.16.6 Field 6 Volume: 31 characters, display only

Purpose: To display the item's Volume Number(s).

9.16.7 Field 7 Issue: 11 characters, display only

Purpose: To specify the issue number or the issue number range that this item represents.

Format: It is a number or a number range using a dash, e.g. "123-456" but without the quotes. If the value is a range but some of the issues are missing, then use the field Bound Note to document the flaw.

9.16.8 Field 8 Function Keys

9.16.9 Field 9 Controls Ok, Cancel, & Help: tab stop

Purpose: To specify an action that controls the window's flow. [Ok] will save and apply the displayed values, whereas [Cancel] will reject the changes. [Help] will display all of the documentation for the window. Press the Help key for context sensitive help for each field.

Format: It is an action that toggles the push button.

Menu Style: Push Button
