9.10 Overview to Display Claim File

Use this function to list only the claimed items associated with a title.

The display contains:

 1. title 
 2. copy 
 3. year 
 4. volume 
 5. issue 
 6. date an item was flagged as a claim 
 7. dates the item was processed as a claim, i.e., when it 
    appeared on each of the three claims work lists created 
    in "Process Claims" 
 8. date the item was checked in, if the claimed issue was 
    received.

This function is useful for displaying the currently claimed issues for a title. A library may wish to periodically delete items already claimed from the vendor to make the file more manageable. Once deleted, however, they will NOT appear on ANY claims work list or serials display.
