9.9 Fields: Claims Work Lists and Letters


9.9.1 Field 1 Status of Processing:
60 characters, display only


Purpose: To display the message "Working..." while the process is computing.


9.9.2 Field 2 First Claims Date:
10 characters, display only


Displays the date the last time First Claims were processed.


9.9.3 Field 3 First Claims Count:
4 characters, display only


Displays the number of First Claims.


9.9.4 Field 4 Second Claims Date:
10 characters, display only


Displays the date the last time Second Claims were processed.


9.9.5 Field 5 Second Claims Count:
4 characters, display only


Displays the number of Second Claims.


9.9.6 Field 6 Third Claims Date:
10 characters, display only


Displays the date the last time Third Claims were processed.


9.9.7 Field 7 Third Claim Count:
4 characters, display only


Displays the number of Third Claims.


9.9.8 Field 8 Total Claims Count:
4 characters, display only


Sum of the First, Second, and Third Claims.


9.9.9 Field 9 Function Keys


9.9.10 Field 10 Format: Work List or Letter:
mandatory, tab stop


Purpose: To specify the format of the claim, either Work List or Letter. Work List is for internal library use, whereas Letter is typically sent to the Vendor.


Format: It is a radio button selection.


Menu Style: Radio Button/Check Box

9.9.12 Field 12 Types of Claims to Print:

Purpose: To specify the type of claim to be print.


Format: It is a radio button selection.


9.9.13 Field 13 Choice of the Target Device:
tab stop


Purpose: To specify the target device for the output. The choices typically are Workstation, Default Printer, Alternate Printer, File, or a named E-mail address.
