8.16 Overview to Patron Routing Groups

A Patron Routing Group is a list of patrons who frequently request the same journal for routing. Function [Edit a Copy's Routing] allows the selection of a Patron Group. Thus, the user does not have to re-enter the same names repeatedly. For example, a routing group might be "PHARMACY" because a number of patrons in the pharmacy might request routing on similar titles.
