5.5 Managing Copies without a Volume or Issue

Some titles do not have a Volume or Issue value. Others simply have a Running Issue value. The software requires both a value for both Volume and Issue.

For the case of a Running Issue value but no Volume or Issue, then:

     - use the year of publication for both Volume and Year; 
     - create a bogus Issue number (like 1) for the Issue;  
     - then fill in the Running Issue number.

If there is no Volume, Issue, or Running Issue, then

     - use the year of publication for both volume and year;  
     - create a bogus issue number (like 1) for the issue.
