In House Server
In this delivery model, the library installs all software on servers it purchases, secures, and maintains.
The library is responsible for all computer hardware, as well as the operating system and security for both
the server hosting the CyberTools for Libraries software and the client workstations using the system.
The library performs the initial installation of CyberTools for Libraries, and installs all subsequent
product updates. In addition to the initial software license fee, there is an annual maintenance fee for
product updates and customer support services. Pricing information is available
